Under this agreement, the company will supply products including actuators—comprising core components such as planetary reducers, harmonic reducers, motors, and drivers—as well as castings to Qiteng. The products covered by this contract are components for quadruped robotic dogs and do not pertain to humanoid robots. This is a framework agreement, with the Buyer's potential maximum annual procurement amount set at 943 million yuan. The company currently possesses an annual production capacity of 100,000 actuators. However, the contract entails a demand for 180,000 units. The full execution of the contract is contingent upon the company's subsequent capacity expansion. Should the construction of related production capacity face delays due to complexities in installation and commissioning or insufficient infrastructure support, it may adversely impact the comprehensive fulfillment and timely delivery of this contract.
