英派药业-B（07630）6月3日发布公告，董事会已获一般性授权，可在香港联合交易所有限公司按不超过公司已发行H股（除库存股份外）总数10%的规模进行股份购回。现有发行股本约2.76亿股H股，授权范围最高可达约2761.65万股，购回事宜尚需于2026年6月25日召开的年度股东大会上审议并生效。
英派药业-B表示，如获股东通过，上述购回资金将来自合法合规的内部资源，过程须遵守香港上市规则及相关法律规定。公告指出，此举旨在进一步维护股东权益与优化资本结构。公司强调，适时进行回购有助于提升每股资产净值及每股盈利，符合整体股东的最佳利益。
根据公告，英派药业-B上市后，于2026年5月13日至6月初期间，H股最高价为每股47.98港元，最低为28.20港元。董事会认为，一旦完成此项授权，将有助于在市场环境适宜时实施回购，届时也将进行必要的注册资本变更手续。公司股东如拟出席年度股东大会，需于6月18日下午四时三十分前办理过户登记。上述授权有效期至下届股东大会结束或相关股东会决议撤销之日止。
