CICC announced that the coupon rate for its 2023 public offering of corporate bonds to professional institutional investors (Series II, Type I), known as "23 CICC G3," will be adjusted. The rate will be reduced from 2.87% to 1.30%, effective from the interest accrual date of June 6, 2026.
