Tak Lee Machinery Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, and the group continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Tak Lee Machinery affirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating that the free-float level remained sufficient as of the end of August.

No share options were exercised, granted, or lapsed under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 30 June 2017, leaving outstanding options at zero. The scheme, however, continues to allow up to 100.00 million shares to be issued upon future grants. The company raised no funds from option exercises during the month.

The report also confirmed there were no warrants, convertible securities, other share issuance arrangements, or movements in treasury shares in August 2026.

The filing, submitted on 2 September 2026 by Company Secretary Ng Wai Ying, states that all statutory and regulatory obligations related to the company’s securities have been duly met.
