AEON STORES (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED (984)于2025年12月29日签署续订要约，租期从2026年1月1日起至2027年11月30日止，总租金约21.6百万港元。根据该要约，将军澳广场二层的店舖继续用于零售业务，并在续期内支付基本租金之外的营业额租金，另需承担管理费、冷气费及政府差饷等费用。
公告显示，本集团将确认约20.4百万港元的使用权资产。由于该金额达到上市规则所述的5%或以上但低于25%的适用百分比率，本次续订要约被视作一项须予披露交易，并须遵守上市规则第14章的通知和公告规定。此前，自2009年12月起，集团已在相关物业经营零售店铺，现有租赁协议将在2025年12月31日到期。
公司方面表示，持续租用此大型零售店舖可巩固经营规模，利于维持整体成本优势并增强与商业伙伴的议价能力。要约条款由双方参考相近物业的市价及现有协议基础公平磋商。公告还提及，本集团将以内部资源支付租金及相关费用，同时支付约6.4百万港元作为按金，其形式包括部分现金及银行保证。
