JIA YAO HLDGS (01626) announced that PwC has resigned as the company's auditor effective November 28, 2025, due to a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint ShineWing (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor, effective November 28, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by PwC. ShineWing will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
