宜搜科技(02550)于2026年5月6日公布了截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，宜搜科技法定/注册股本维持在5,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值为0.00001美元，总额为50,000美元。
公告期内，宜搜科技的已发行股份（不含库存股份）数量自上月底至本月底保持在452,054,244股，库存在本月也无变化。因此，公司本月并未出现新增发行、回购或注销活动，股份总数维持稳定。
