On Mar, 04 2026, AFG Investment Pte. Ltd. and AF Global Limited released an addendum outlining revised shareholdings of the Offeror’s concert parties in relation to AFG Investment’s proposed acquisition of all ordinary shares in AF Global, other than those held by the excluded shareholders, via a scheme of arrangement.

The update adjusts the direct and deemed interests of two concert parties—Ms Ko Lee Meng and Mr Koh Kian Soo—but confirms that the aggregate holdings of the Offeror and its concert parties are unchanged. The 81,002,344 shares held by identified concert parties will still abstain from voting on the scheme.

This addendum supplements the original joint announcement issued on Oct, 08 2025 and the revised scheme document dated Feb, 23 2026. All other terms of the proposed acquisition remain unaffected.
