Abbisko-B (Abbisko Cayman Limited) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, detailing modest equity movements while keeping authorised capital unchanged.

Authorised capital • Authorised share capital stayed at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, representing USD 50,000 in nominal capital.

Issued and treasury shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) rose by 1.91 million to 717.90 million. • Treasury shares increased by 90,000 to 8.30 million. • Including treasury stock, total issued shares stood at 726.21 million.

Sources of share movements • New shares were primarily issued to satisfy share-based awards granted under the Post-IPO share scheme, adding 2.00 million shares at prices ranging from HKD 2.77 to HKD 4.00. • 90,000 shares were repurchased on-market between 8 and 13 July 2026 at prices between HKD 10.82 and HKD 11.76 and are currently held as treasury shares. • Two earlier buyback tranches—1.49 million shares (March 2025) and 1.00 million shares (April 2025)—remain repurchased but not yet cancelled.

Share option and RSU status • Outstanding options under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme remained unchanged at 8.66 million, with no option exercises during the month. • The Post-IPO RSU Scheme reported no shares outstanding for future issuance.

Public float • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent public float requirement at month-end.
