Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a stable share capital structure and compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.

The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001, equivalent to HKD 5.00 million. Issued share capital also stayed flat at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Numans affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 per cent as of 30 June 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 5 December 2024, no options were granted, exercised, cancelled or lapsed during the month. Consequently, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised. The maximum number of shares that could be issued upon future grants under the scheme stands at 100.00 million.

There were no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute existing shareholders.

The return was submitted by Company Secretary Cheng King Tong on 3 July 2026.
