BJ ENT WATER (00371) has announced the successful issuance of its second tranche of medium-term notes for 2026 to qualified investors on May 8, 2026. According to the book-building results, the total issuance amount of this second tranche is RMB 1.5 billion, with a five-year term maturing in May 2031. The coupon rate is set at 1.92% per annum. The proceeds from the issuance will be used to repay the company's existing debts and interest, as well as to supplement working capital.
