卓越教育集团（股票代码：03978）于2026年10月8日公告称，当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股228,000股，数量占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约0.027%。本次回购价格区间为每股2.30港元至2.35港元，合计耗资527,770港元（约52.78万港元），回购股份将作为库存股份持有。
回购完成后，卓越教育集团的已发行股本（不包括库存股份）由845,523,000股减少至845,295,000股，库存股份由1,698,000股增加至1,926,000股。公司此前于2026年5月6日通过回购授权，总额度为84,722,100股，截至目前累计回购数量为1,926,000股，尚余82,796,100股的回购空间。公司同时确认所有回购事宜已严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事唐俊京签署。
