2026年8月11日，香港上市公司中国光大水务（01857）公告，针对其“2023年度第三期中期票据”（债券简称：23光大水务MTN003，债券代码：102382170）所设投资人回售选择权，投资人已于2026年8月4日至8月10日期间完成回售登记。经统计，本次回售申报金额为3.9亿元，未回售金额为6.1亿元。
公告显示，上述中期票据发行总额为10亿元，期限5年，并在第3个计息年末设有发行人利率调整选择权及投资人回售选择权。票据起息日为2023年8月23日，本计息期票面利率为2.82%。根据条款，行权日定于2026年8月23日（遇节假日顺延）。完成本次回售后，未回售部分的票面利率调整为1.76%。
该期中票由光大证券股份有限公司与中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司担任主承销商，银行间市场清算所股份有限公司负责登记托管。中国光大水务承诺将继续按照银行间债券市场相关自律规则履行后续信息披露义务。
