Folangsi Keeps Share Structure Unchanged in April 2026, Affirms Public Float Compliance

Folangsi Co., Ltd. (HKEx: 02499) has filed its Monthly Return for April 2026, confirming a steady share base and full compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements. The filing was submitted on 05 May 2026 by Executive Director and Board Chairman Mr. Hou Zekuan.

Total authorised and registered capital remained at RMB 87.01 million, representing 348.02 million ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 0.25 each. The structure is split between 249.65 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 98.37 million unlisted domestic shares; no changes were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital also stayed flat at 348.02 million shares, with zero treasury shares outstanding or transacted. The company reported no issuance, conversion, or cancellation involving options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments in April.

Folangsi confirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement and that all listing-related obligations—including receipt of proceeds, regulatory filings, and share uniformity—have been duly observed.
