RELIANCE GLO HL (00723) announced that: 1. Mr. Li Mingwei has resigned as executive director and will no longer serve as Chief Executive Officer, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and member of the Company's Executive Committee, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting; 2. Mr. Yang Zheng has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective from September 30, 2025; 3. Ms. Yao Huiyi has resigned as company secretary, effective from September 30, 2025; and 4. Mr. Li Jianhui has been appointed as company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from September 30, 2025.
