兖矿能源（01171）发布2026年中期分红方案并披露回购结果：20.07亿元现金分红，已回购约5093万元股份

2026年8月28日，兖矿能源集团股份有限公司（股票代码：01171）公告2026年半年度利润分配方案：公司拟以实施权益分派股权登记日登记的10,034,886,820股（扣除回购专用证券账户持股1,965,200股）为基数，每股派发现金股利人民币0.20元（含税），合计派发约20.07亿元。如股本在股权登记日前发生变动，公司将保持每股分配金额不变，并相应调整分配总额。公司母公司报表显示，截至2026年6月30日未分配利润为36.58亿元。根据《公司章程》，该分配方案已于2026年8月28日召开的公司第十届董事会第二次会议审议通过，无需提交股东大会审议。

同日，公司披露截至2026年8月28日完成的股份回购实施结果。本轮回购期限自2025年8月29日至2026年8月28日，拟回购金额0.5亿元至1亿元，回购价格上限26.00元/股。公司已通过集中竞价方式累计回购A股1,965,200股，占总股本0.0196%，使用资金5,092.53万元，成交价格区间为25.71元/股至25.99元/股。回购股份将作为库存股用于未来股权激励，使用期限为3年，届时未使用部分将予以注销。回购完成后，公司A股股份数量由5,961,980,544股变更为5,961,352,020股。
