Capital Environment Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 03989) reported that as of January 31, 2026, its total authorized share capital remained HKD 5,000,000,000. This includes 33,683,800,000 authorized ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, as well as 16,316,200 cumulative perpetual non-voting and non-convertible offshore preference shares with a par value of HKD 100 each.
The company’s issued ordinary shares stood at 14,294,733,167, with no treasury shares held. There was no change in share capital from the previous month’s closing balance. The announcement also confirmed that the public float requirement for the ordinary shares was met as of the end of January 2026.
