2026年7月16日，融创服务控股有限公司(01516)于香港联交所发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于当日于联交所场内回购普通股22,000股，占当日现有已发行股本约0.0007%。本次回购价格为每股0.87港元，合计支付约1.91万港元。
根据公告，回购完成后，融创服务已发行股本依旧维持在3,027,973,000股，库存股份数量为0股。此外，公司自2026年5月22日通过回购授权以来，已在包括香港联交所在内的证券交易所累计回购股份总数约27,354,000股，占当时已发行股本约0.9%。获授权可回购股份总数为304,904,400股。
