2026年8月4日，海天味业（03288）公告称，公司将按照36.87元/股的价格回购并注销2024年员工持股计划尚未归属的779,900股A股，注销日期为2026年8月6日。\n\n此次回购注销股份占公司目前总股本的0.01%。注销完成后，公司A股股份由5,560,600,544股减少至5,559,820,644股；H股维持291,224,400股不变；公司总股本由5,851,824,944股减少至5,851,045,044股。\n\n公司表示，本次回购注销不会对财务状况和经营成果产生重大影响，也不会导致控股股东及实际控制人变化，股权分布仍符合上市条件。回购注销完成后，2024年员工持股计划将不再持有公司股票并相应终止，由管理委员会负责清算及分配。
