1月15日，力勤资源大涨逾10%！附属签协议成立BJL合营公司，于印尼布局湿法渣处理业务。
力勤资源发布公告，于2026年1月13日，BBS与BMS就成立合营公司BJL签订BJL股东协议。成立BJL合营公司乃为适应公司业务发展需要并申请必要的印度尼西亚税收优惠。根据BJL股东协议，BJL的初始投资金额约为5.05亿美元，BJL的法定股本为13298.88亿印尼盾，有关注资将由BJL订约方按彼等各自于BJL的持股比例作出，即99.999925%将由BBS持有，0.000075%将由BMS持有。
BJL订约方拟成立BJL，乃为适应公司业务发展需要并获得印度尼西亚税收优惠的资格，预期在未来降低湿法渣处理业务税负成本，为具体执行方案的一项优化。湿法渣处理工厂年处理134万公吨HPAL冶炼矿渣的HPAL冶炼矿渣处理厂，以及一间矿渣库及其为他配套设施。该项目将可令集团在符合环境保护的原则下减少浪费及有效利用资源。此外，鉴于印度尼西亚的基础设施预算不断增加及预期对HPAL冶炼矿渣处理的需求将相应增加，湿法渣处理业务将创造新的收入来源，并提高集团的盈利能力。
