China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 August 2026, confirming no changes to its authorised or issued share capital for the period ended 31 July 2026.

The bank’s authorised share capital remained at RMB 90.65 billion, comprising: • 14.88 billion H-shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. • 40.76 billion A-shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. • 0.35 billion onshore preference shares with a par value of RMB 100 each (preference shares are excluded from registered share capital calculations).

Issued share capital was likewise unchanged: 14.88 billion H-shares, 40.76 billion A-shares, and 0.35 billion onshore preference shares. The bank held no treasury shares across any class.

CITIC Bank affirmed that its H-share public float met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 5 % minimum requirement for PRC issuers with other listed shares.

Regarding convertibles, the bank’s RMB 35.00 billion of onshore preference shares—automatically convertible upon a trigger event—stayed flat during the month. If converted at the initial price of RMB 7.07 per A-share, these instruments would generate up to approximately 4.95 billion new A-shares. No adjustments to the conversion price or new issuances were recorded in July.

The report noted no outstanding share option schemes, warrants, or other equity-linked agreements, and confirmed full compliance with all listing rules and regulatory requirements.
