Joy Spreader Group Inc. (Stock Code: 6988) has announced the resignation of its auditor, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, effective November 20, 2025. According to the announcement, the decision to change auditor was prompted by the Company’s objective to control audit fee expenses and enhance overall cost effectiveness. The appointment will fill the casual vacancy following Deloitte’s resignation and will extend until the conclusion of the Company’s next annual general meeting, pending approval by shareholders at the forthcoming EGM. The announcement highlights HLB’s reputable market presence, industry experience, technical competence, and ability to complete audit work within the required timeframe as key factors influencing the Board’s decision.
