中国石油化工股份有限公司（股票代码：00386）8月3日披露A股回购进展。截至2026年7月31日，公司通过集中竞价方式累计回购87,290,650股，占总股本的0.07%，已支付金额4.14亿元（不含交易费用），成交价格区间为每股4.44元至5.23元。
本轮回购方案于2026年6月15日由第九届董事会第十三次会议审议通过，并于2026年6月16日首次披露。方案实施期限为2026年6月15日至2026年9月14日，预计回购金额区间为5亿元至10亿元，回购股份全部用于注销并减少注册资本。
7月份，公司回购33,499,960股，占总股本的0.03%，交易金额1.64亿元（不含交易费用），成交最高价5.23元/股，最低价4.44元/股。
公司表示，将在回购期限内根据市场情况继续实施股份回购，并按规定及时履行信息披露义务。
