The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before November 7, 2025.
The property is located at Unit A, 8/F, Tower 12, Laguna City, 17 Lai Kong Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The property is intended to be used as employee dormitory for the group. The property is conveniently located near MTR Lam Tin Station.
The group believes that providing employee dormitory will enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the group's employee compensation and benefits package.
