天立国际控股有限公司于2026年5月7日发布截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司法定股本与已发行股份数均保持不变，截至4月底公司股本整体维持稳定。
公司注册股本仍为10,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值0.1港元，合计10亿港元；已发行股份（不含库存股）维持2,101,755,000股，库存股数量维持7,500,000股，总已发行股份2,109,255,000股。公司确认截至4月底，满足香港联交所对公司公众持股量的要求。
截至4月底，股份期权计划下仍有67,825,000份未行使期权，相关可发行或从库存转让的股份数目与上月一致，未发生行使或失效。月报同时披露，公司此前于2025年1月16日回购的部分股份尚未注销，本月无新增发行或完成注销事宜。
公司表示，截至本月末股本结构未发生实质性变动，后续将持续遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及有关法律法规。公告由董事及联席公司秘书王锐签署。
