CMOC: UBS Group AG Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falling to 4.97%

On October 1, 2026, UBS Group AG returned borrowed shares of CMOC (03993, H shares) under a securities lending agreement, reducing its long position below the 5% notifiable threshold. The transaction was an off-exchange return of borrowed shares under a securities lending agreement, not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the return of borrowed shares, UBS Group AG's long position in CMOC was 199.05 million shares, representing 5.06%; following the transaction, the holding changed to 195.66 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.97%.
