2026年8月19日，理想汽车-W（股票代码：02015）发布公告，宣布于2026年8月18日通过纳斯达克全球精选市场回购A类普通股639,356股，占回购前公司已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股份）约0.037%。本次回购的每股价格介乎6.0575美元至6.14美元，总耗资约389.38万美元。
本次回购完成后，理想汽车-W已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数量降至1,727,604,507股，库藏股份增至90,720,602股，已发行股份总数维持1,818,325,109股不变。公司此前于2026年5月29日获得回购不超过214,280,424股的授权，截至目前已累计回购71,129,262股，占授权获通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的3.319%。后续铸新股或出售、转让库藏股份的暂止期将持续至2026年9月17日。
公司确认，上述股份回购行为已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书王扬签署。
