Shareholders and proxies representing 726.20 million shares—equivalent to 72.48 % of the company’s 1.00 billion issued shares—voted by poll, with each resolution receiving at least 99.98 % support.

Key approvals included:

• 2025 Board Work Report and Annual Report. • 2025 profit distribution plan. • Reappointment of the accounting firm for FY 2026. • Amendments to the Working Rules for Independent Directors. • Authority to issue subordinated bonds to replenish net capital.

Dividend distribution: A final cash dividend of RMB0.068 (tax inclusive) will be paid for every 10 shares held. Shareholders on record as of 26 June 2026 will be eligible, with payment scheduled for 11 August 2026. While Domestic shareholders will receive dividends in RMB, H-share investors will be paid HKD at HK$0.078 per 10 shares, calculated using the five-day average PBoC exchange rate of RMB1 = HK$1.1498 preceding the AGM.

Tax treatment: The company will withhold 10 % individual income tax from dividends paid to non-resident individuals and 10 % enterprise income tax for non-resident corporate shareholders, subject to applicable double-taxation treaties.
