GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai) Inc. reported a repurchase of 80,000 H-shares on 10 September 2026, executed via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its existing buyback mandate approved on 11 May 2026.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging between HKD 25.32 and HKD 26.00, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 25.79 per share and an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 2.06 million.

Key post-transaction metrics: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.02 percentage points to 351.36 million. • Treasury share holdings increased from 191,000 to 271,000 shares. • Total issued share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 351.63 million.

Utilisation of repurchase mandate: • Authorised capacity: 37.04 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases to date: 271,000 shares, equivalent to 0.07% of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was granted.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, GenFleet is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 10 October 2026 following this transaction.
