NUMANS (02530) announced that on May 29, 2026, the group sold a total of 3 million LENOVO GROUP shares on the open market pursuant to a disposal authorization, for a total consideration of approximately HK$71.3 million (including stamp duty and related expenses). The average selling price for the 3 million LENOVO GROUP shares was approximately HK$23.75 per share. Following the completion of the disposal, the company's shareholding in LENOVO GROUP will be reduced to 1 million shares.
