根据设计都会有限公司（01545）于2026年3月2日披露的截至2026年2月28日股份变动月报表，公司注册股本及已发行股份在报告期内未发生变化。
公司法定及注册股本仍为10,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值0.01港元，总额约1亿港元。报告期初及期末的已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目均维持在2,000,000,000股，库藏股份数目为零。
