Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited has announced the terms for its interim dividend covering the six months ended 30 June 2026. Shareholders are entitled to receive either HK$1.18 per ordinary share or its RMB equivalent of RMB1.02 per share.

Shareholders who wish to take their 2026 interim dividend wholly or partly in renminbi must submit a completed “2026 RMB Interim Dividend Election Form” to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on 23 October 2026. Forms can be returned by post using the pre-addressed label provided or via email to rmbdividend@sinotrukhk.com.

Eligibility to receive the dividend is confined to investors whose names appear on the company’s register of members after the close of business at 4:30 p.m. on 17 September 2026. Shareholders who elect to receive the dividend entirely in Hong Kong dollars are not required to submit the election form.

Sinotruk emphasizes that proper execution of the form—including signatures from all joint holders or authorized corporate representatives—is required for the election to be valid. Incorrectly completed or unsigned forms will be void. The company notes that compliance with a shareholder’s election constitutes full discharge of its dividend payment obligation.
