太美医疗科技(股票代码：02576)于2026年7月14日发布翌日披露报告，公告显示，公司于同日在香港联交所场内回购普通股股份4.62万股，约占此前已发行股本的0.02%。本次回购的最高每股价格为6.28港元，最低每股价格为5.90港元，共涉及资金约28.50万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本(不含库藏股)为197,655,533股，库藏股数为2,937,000股，已发行股份总数维持在200,592,533股。公告同时披露，公司于2026年6月23日取得的购回授权可回购股份总数为20,017,153股，截至目前已在港交所及其他交易所累计回购2,516,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.26%。
公司表示，本次股份回购相关事宜符合香港联交所《主板上市规则》及相关法规的规定。公告由执行董事及联席公司秘书倪晓梅签署。
