Data Union Capital: June Filing Shows Stable Share Capital and Adequate Public Float

Data Union Capital International Holdings Group Limited (Data Union Capital) reported no changes to its share capital structure for June 2026, according to the company’s monthly return submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 July 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at HKD 50.00 million, representing 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 345.60 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares at either the beginning or end of the month.

Data Union Capital confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25.00 % of issued shares.

No share options were exercised, granted, or cancelled during the month. The 2017 Share Option Scheme still permits the potential issuance of up to 16.00 million shares.

The filing recorded no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or other movements in treasury shares. All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Director Mai Junhui.
