Anjoy Foods Group Co.,Ltd. (Stock Codes: H-share 02648, A-share 603345) announced that its H-shares officially commenced trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 4, 2025, marking a significant milestone in the company's international capital structure development.

According to the latest disclosed monthly securities movement report, as of July 31, 2025, the company's total statutory registered capital amounted to 333 million RMB, comprising 39.9947 million RMB in H-share capital and 293 million RMB in A-share capital.

Regarding share movements, ANJOY FOOD's H-share issuance in the first month totaled 39.9947 million shares (excluding treasury shares), consistent with the initial listing scale. For A-shares, due to adjustments related to the 2023 stock option incentive plan, this month saw a reduction of 197,000 unexercised options, leaving 10.8318 million options available for issuance. This incentive plan was approved by the shareholders' meeting on October 13, 2023, though the company has clarified that no new stock options will be granted following the H-share listing.

Notably, Anjoy Foods Group Co.,Ltd.'s total A-share issuance reached 293 million shares, with no treasury share changes this month. The company emphasized that stock option data prior to the H-share listing is based on the listing date, with all existing options corresponding to A-shares. Upon exercise, these options may generate up to 10.8318 million additional A-share tradable shares. The H-share listing did not involve convertible bonds, warrants, or other special securities arrangements.

This dual-platform listing will further broaden Anjoy Food Group's financing channels and strengthen its competitiveness in China's frozen food industry. Market attention focuses on whether the company will subsequently introduce more international investors through the Stock Connect mechanism, as well as its capital operation plans under the A+H share structure.
