协鑫新能源控股有限公司（00451）2月5日发布2026年1月股份变动月报。报告期截至1月31日，公司法定股本为3,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.083333333334港元，合计注册股本2.5亿港元，较上月无变化。
报告期内已发行股本（不包括库存股份）维持在1,554,322,926股，未有发行新股、购回或注销记录。公司继续符合香港联交所对于最低公众持股量的要求。
