DESUN SERVICES (02270) announced that on October 21, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu Desun, signed a termination agreement with relevant debtors and the seller of the parking spaces. Chengdu Desun will return 652 parking spaces to the seller, while the debtors agreed to pay Chengdu Desun a total of RMB 22.52 million. According to the termination agreement related to the debt settlement, the seller will transfer a total of 960 parking spaces to Chengdu Desun, offsetting the receivables owed by the debtors. As of the date of this announcement, a total of 308 parking spaces have been sold by Chengdu Desun, leaving 652 parking spaces still held by the group. Returning these spaces to the seller and having the debtors repay the debts in cash will help enhance the group’s cash flow while facilitating the rapid turnover of parking spaces and saving on sales costs.
