TOMSON GROUP (00258) has announced that, in accordance with the company's articles of association, any dividends remaining unclaimed for six years after the declaration date may be forfeited by the board of directors and returned to the company. An interim dividend of HK$0.11 per share for the year ended December 31, 2019, was declared on March 31, 2020. The board hereby notifies shareholders that any unclaimed 2019 interim dividends will be forfeited and returned to the company on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
