广东方向机器人企业华沿机器人（01021）8月7日发布盈利预警称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目及目前可获资料的初步评估，预计公司将在2026年中期期间录得净亏损约5,400万元至5,800万元，而上年同期净亏损为1,917万元，同比亏损增幅约181.69%至202.56%。
本期亏损扩大主要受两方面因素影响： 1. 销售及分销开支同比大幅增长约48.47%。公司为落实下一阶段战略布局，重点扩充销售团队并加大海外市场推广投入，导致销售人员成本及推广费用显著增加。相关投入对业绩的转化存在时滞，尚未充分体现在报告期经营成果中。 2. 全球发售所得款项净额受汇率波动影响，产生较大汇兑损失，该项损失预计占本期净亏损总额超过50%。
公告指出，上述变动不会对公司经营状况产生不利影响。公司提醒投资者，当前数据基于初步评估，尚未经核数师审阅；2026年中期业绩将于2026年8月31日前正式公布。
公司呼吁股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时谨慎行事。
