Chaoju Eye Care Repurchases 80,500 Shares; Cumulative Buy-backs Reach 6.12 Million under 2026 Mandate

Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited (Chaoju Eye Care) has reported the purchase of 80,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 25 September 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed on the same date. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 2.39 to HKD 2.50, for a total consideration of HKD 194,455.80, implying an average cost of HKD 2.42 per share.

The issuer’s share capital was unchanged, with 701.46 million shares in issue before and after the transaction. All 80,500 repurchased shares are designated for cancellation, and no shares are being held as treasury stock.

Including the latest transaction, Chaoju Eye Care has bought back 2.78 million shares on-market between 31 August and 25 September 2026 that have yet to be cancelled. This volume represents approximately 0.40 % of the current issued share capital.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 12 May 2026, the company is authorised to acquire up to 70.52 million shares. To date, cumulative on-market repurchases total 6.12 million shares, utilising about 8.68 % of the authorised limit and equating to roughly 0.87 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Chaoju Eye Care is subject to a 30-day moratorium, running through 25 October 2026, on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares following the latest buy-back.
