根据2025年8月25日获股东大会通过的回购授权，维他奶国际集团有限公司可回购最多104,954,508股。截至本次交易后，公司共计回购15,640,000股，约占授权时已发行股本的1.4902%。公司确认，此次回购已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则，公告由公司秘书苏漪筠签署。
