Luen Thai Holdings (00311) announced that Mr. Chiu Tsz Cheung will step down from his role as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective January 2, 2026. The company's Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Chan Cho Lung, has been appointed as the authorized representative, also effective from January 2, 2026.
