CTR Holdings公布截至2025年8月31日止六个月业绩，实现营收1.33亿新元，同比增加44.7%（上年同期为0.92亿新元）。同期录得净利润694.4万新元，同比增长约115.3%（上年同期为322.3万新元）。期内毛利约1367万新元，较上年同期的863万新元增长58.5%，毛利率由9.4%提升至10.3%。经营活动产生的现金流大幅升至2985.7万新元（上年同期约40.1万新元）。
分成本结构来看，建造成本由8357.8万新元增加至1.197亿新元，行政开支由581.4万新元增长至654.2万新元。
业务分项
CTR Holdings在新加坡主要从事结构工程与泥水建筑工程。期间结构工程业务营收约1.154亿新元，同比增幅约38%，泥水建筑工程营收约1794.1万新元，同比增幅约108%。公司认为，营收增长主要得益于大型项目施工规模加大并带来更高利润率。
