Kingwell Group (01195.HK) Releases Interim Report and Activates Fully Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Kingwell Group Limited announced on 20 March 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest interim report are now available on both the company website (kingwell.todayir.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with the paperless listing regime introduced by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 31 December 2023, the board confirmed that all future corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to supply a functional e-mail address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of publication notifications. If an e-mail address is not provided, shareholders will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; in such cases, only actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed in hard copy.

Shareholders preferring physical documents may submit a written request via reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or e-mail kingwell.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying name, address and the desire to receive printed materials.
