The National Financial Regulatory Administration's Shandong bureau has approved Mr. Zhou Liang to serve as a non-executive director. His appointment became effective on April 27, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Kang Jian has stepped down from his roles as non-executive director and his positions on the board's specialized committees.
