Summi Updates on Winding-Up Proceedings as Remaining Lender Files Amended Petition

Summi (Group) Holdings Limited has announced a new development in the ongoing winding-up process initiated in the Hong Kong High Court.

Pursuant to a court order dated 4 May 2026, the company confirmed that the “Remaining Lender” has submitted an amended petition, formally assuming conduct of the proceedings originally brought against Summi. The court will schedule a hearing for the amended petition in due course; the date has yet to be confirmed.

Summi reiterated that it will issue further announcements on any material progress related to the amended petition. The board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.

As of the announcement date (8 May 2026), the board comprises two executive directors—Mr. Wu Shaohao and Mr. Wu Liantao—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Chung Wing Yee, Mr. Pang Wai Ho and Ms. Yang Xuping.
