2026年4月27日，有赞(股票代码：06051)刊发翌日披露报表，宣布于香港联交所场内按每股港币0.128元的价格回购普通股共700万股，占2026年4月24日公司现有已发行股份约0.0216%，合计耗资约89.60万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司未持有的已发行股份由原先的32,478,140,375股减少至32,471,140,375股，库藏股增加至507,168,377股，股本总数则维持在32,978,308,752股。根据公告，有赞已获股东于2025年5月27日批准的回购授权，总数为3,258,224,437股。
