港交所上市的百乐皇宫于近日公布公告，董事会获股东一般及无条件授权，可在股东周年大会决议通过后，于规定期间内按不超过公司于决议通过当日已发行股份总数（不包括任何库存股）的10%进行股份购回。据公告，截至2026年7月13日，公司已发行股份总数为约806,594,000股，意味着经授权后最高可购回约80,659,400股。

此外，百乐皇宫定于2026年8月27日（星期四）下午2时30分于香港九龙启德召开股东周年大会，并将于8月24日至8月27日暂停办理股份过户登记。股东登记将于8月21日下午4时30分截止；凡持有公司股份的投资者如欲在大会上行使表决权，须于该日前完成股份过户登记。
