According to the Oil Price Management Measures, domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every 10 working days based on international crude oil market price fluctuations, with adjustments taking effect at 24:00 on the day of the price adjustment announcement. When the adjustment range is below 50 yuan per ton, no adjustment is made, and the amount is carried forward to be added or offset in the next price adjustment. Under special circumstances as stipulated in the measures, price adjustments may be suspended, delayed, or the adjustment range may be reduced.
September 28 marks the fourth working day of the current pricing cycle, with the adjustment window scheduled to open at 24:00 on October 13.
