Tianjin Capital Announces Final Dividend of RMB 2.09 per 10 Shares for FY 2025; Payment Slated for 13 July 2026

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Company Limited (Tianjin Capital) declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2.09 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, following shareholder approval on 20 May 2026.

The cash dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 2.39867 per 10 shares, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 87.1316 specified in the announcement. Key timeline details are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 22 May 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 26 May 2026 (16:30) • Book closure: 27 May – 01 June 2026 • Record date: 01 June 2026 • Payment date: 13 July 2026

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as the share registrar.

Withholding tax for non-resident shareholders will be applied at 10% for enterprise shareholders and 20% for individual shareholders, including those holding H shares via the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programmes, in accordance with PRC tax regulations.

As of the announcement date, Tianjin Capital’s board comprises three executive directors (Tang Fusheng, Fu Xinghai, Nie Yanhong), three non-executive directors (Wang Yongwei, Li Xiaoguang, Liu Tao) and three independent non-executive directors (Liu Fei, Wang Shanggan, Xue Tao).
